When I think of spanking, the first thing that usually pops into my mind is the spanking scene between Amy Farrah Fowler (played by Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons) from The Big Bang Theory.

In season six/episode ten, The Fish Guts Displacement, Sheldon plays nursemaid to a sick Amy. He discovers days later that although Amy is no longer sick, she is pretending to be ill to get attention. He decides to spank her as punishment for lying.
